Your personal information and case records will be kept confidential in accordance with federal and state law.
Services are provided without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, disability, religion, or age.
You have the right to be informed about the programs and services available to you, and the eligibility requirements for each.
You have the right to appeal any decision made about your benefits or services. Information about the appeals process will be provided upon request.
Interpretation and translation services are available. TTY/TDD services are available by request at (540) 727-0372.
You have the right to file a complaint if you feel your rights have been violated. Contact our office or the Virginia DSS to learn how.
If you believe your rights have been violated, you have the right to file a formal complaint.
