The Virginia Freedom of Information Act (Va. Code Β§ 2.2-3700 et seq.) guarantees citizens, businesses, and members of the press access to public records held by government agencies, including Culpeper Human Services.
You have the right to inspect or obtain copies of public records maintained by our office. Certain records are exempt from disclosure by law, including confidential client records and information protected under federal or state privacy statutes.
